Vacant Home Inspections
Do you have a vacant home that you do not have time to check on. We offer weekly and monthly home checks. We offer these inspections with a report on the schedule that works for you. Including, but not limited to, Leaks, vandalism, damage from storms or people and we also check on the occupancy of your vacant Home. We know that it is hard in this fast Paist world we live in to do it all, we are willing to help if you want.
What this entails from my company is the following.
Section (A)
1. Checking all doors and windows.
2. Checking to make sure that the home is secure.
3. Checking the exterior of the home for damage.
4. Checking the interior of the home for leaks.
5. Checking the interior of the home for damage.
a. Check every ceiling for water damage.
b. Check every floor in the home for damage.
c. Check every windowsill for proper sealing.
6. Making sure that there are no occupants in the home.
Section (B)
If there is water to the home this also will be done.
1. Flushing the toilets
2. Running water in the bathtub.
3. Running water in the bathroom sink.
4. Running water in the kitchen sink.
5. Making sure that all the drains are draining correctly.
Section A can be done on a weekly, or monthly schedule, that is for you to decide.
Section B should be done once a week to make sure that the water lines are not full of stagnant water. And the water heater is flushed. The other reason this should be done weekly is to ensure that the drain line J - Traps do not become dry and allow sewer gas to escape into the home.
This also helps protect against Legionnaires' disease!
Every inspection will receive the proper documentation stating what was done and the overall condition of the home. If there is any damage Pictures will be sent with the daily, weekly or monthly report.
